At Pinned, customer satisfaction is important to us. We genuinely strive to provide a fair and reasonable resolution whenever possible. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us and our team will do its best to assist you. However, all resolutions remain subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started.

Once customization, printing, production, or processing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Pinned reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests after production has started.

2. Personalized Products

Since personalized products are created specifically for each customer, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes all products.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

In rare cases, if you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Clear photographs/videos of the product

  • Order details

Upon verification, Pinned may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A refund, at our sole discretion

4. Customer Errors

Refunds, replacements, or returns will not be provided for errors caused by information submitted by the customer, including:

  • Incorrect photographs

  • Spelling mistakes

  • Incorrect names

  • Incorrect dates

  • Incorrect delivery address

  • Other customization errors provided during ordering

Customers are responsible for reviewing all details before submitting their order.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within estimated timelines, delays caused by:

  • Courier partners

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

shall not qualify for refunds.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
